We would definitely rate both of them a 5 of 5.5/23/22I'm writing this review because I'm very impressed with David's actions during a "shingle crisis" in my neighborhood. I live in a fairly new sub-division and my home was built in 2017. Approximately six months after I moved in, my area experienced "high winds." While I don't know how high the "wind gusts" were, I don't believe that they exceeded 40 mph. I contacted the construction supervisor and was told that my situation was "normal wear and tear" or something to that effect. After I objected, that supervisor sent someone out to fix the loose shingles. Now less than five years after purchasing my home, I've been informed that my roof was improperly installed. After talking with several neighbors who have been told something similar, I drove around and "checked out" the roofs in our sub-division. I was shocked and dismayed to see the obviously shoddy work that was done on our roofs. David has been working diligently with me and some of my neighbors to remedy this situation.
